Rights & Protections Against Surprise Medical Bills

When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.

Patient Rights & Privacy Practices

HIPAA Privacy Regulations requires covered health care providers to notify patients of how their protected health information may be disclosed or used, and informs them of their legal rights regarding PHI.

Nondiscriminatory Policy

All patients, regardless of their race, color, nationality, sexual orientation or gender identity, has the right to receive treatment.
