Kicking Off Thankful Thursdays at Bend Surgery Center

At Bend Surgery Center, we believe that exceptional care for our patients begins with caring for one another. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and this August, we’re celebrating them with a new tradition: Thankful Thursdays.

Throughout the month, each Thursday is dedicated to showing appreciation for our staff with a little extra joy, community, and fun. These small celebrations are our way of saying “thank you” for the incredible work our team does every day.

We kicked things off with a classic summer favorite: a BBQ lunch paired with chalk art on our campus. From burgers hot off the grill to bright and colorful drawings, the day brought together laughter, creativity, and connection—reminders of the amazing people who make Bend Surgery Center such a special place to work.

This is just the beginning of Thankful Thursdays. Each week brings something new, and we’re excited to keep finding ways to celebrate the dedication, compassion, and teamwork that define our staff.
