Your care and comfort are important to us. We want your experience to be as pleasant as possible. That is why we emphasize a convenient and high-tech surgical atmosphere while you are with us, allowing you to return to the comfort of your own home for recuperation with peace of mind. We provide a variety of outpatient procedures using the newest equipment and technology available. As an example, when general anesthesia is required, we provide a bispectral index (BIS) monitor that allows our anesthesiologists to monitor more precisely the dosage of anesthesia required during surgery. This usually means less medication is needed and a faster post-surgery recovery is often the result. Our information technology department is integrated with your post-op recovery, making it easy for your loved ones to track your progress. HOW WE BILL
We bill your insurance (primary and secondary) for services we provide. However, you are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays and charges not covered by insurance. We may ask for payment of these fees before surgery. Unpaid balances are due upon receipt of a billing statement. If we cannot verify your insurance coverage, you must sign a statement assuming responsibility for all charges. If your coverage is in doubt, you also must sign a statement assuming responsibility for all charges. This may occur, for example, in worker's compensation claims, when claim acceptance has not been established. Uninsured and cash patients must make payment arrangements in advance. Full payment may be required before the day of surgery. Some financing options may be available. Financial arrangements will be reviewed with you and must be finalized at the time of your surgery.
